• Placing the clients’ risk at the proper Saudi insurance companies in terms of products, services, and rates.
• Following up the clients claims by the proper documentation requirements in coordination with the insurance companies.
• Invest in the hardware, software and networks required to establish an infrastructure which enables employees to perform operations in the most efficient and effective manner and empower management with information which supports decision making;
• Build talented and skilled human resources through recruitment, development process and accordance with the HR policy and Saudization plan.
